Dagne Dover: Campaign Analysis

As an up and coming NYC retailer, the Dagne Dover partnership was centered around providing a return on ad campaign and media spend. To better grasp customer behavior and long-term impact, we created live-dashboards using visualization tools such as Data Studio and Tableau. With regular stakeholder check-ins, each dashboard was created to answer key business questions with a sleek,storytelling fashion

Outcome:

  • Identify customer friction points through the sales funnel

  • Analyze offline behavior to support new store locations

  • Establish KPI’s to develop cross functional campaigns
